Rusnak Chosen to Head Children's Opportunity Alliance.
Rusnak has been interim executive director for the past year and was selected following a nationwide search.
She worked in nonprofit management for the Past 20 years.
The Alliance partners with county government, schools, philanthropy, community-based organizations and local businesses with the goal of eliminating systemic challenges and closing the opportunity gap for historically marginalized children.
